We are excited to announce the return of Recycling in Big Sandy.

The Recycling Site (located on E Gilmer Street next to the Volunteer Fire Department) will be open on Saturday's from 9 AM to 12 PM starting this Saturday October 5, 2025.

Our recycling site can accept the following residential (not commercial) items:

Plastics labeled 1-7, aluminum cans, tin cans, cardboard, magazines and newspaper.
