The City is now offering a new pay-by-phone option - an automated system that lets customers pay bills using touch-tone keypad inputs or natural voice commands.

It is fully self-service, available 24/7, and operates without human intervention, ensuring strict security and PCI compliance.

Other payment options are ACH bank draft (no processing fees), online payments (convenience fees apply) through our BIG SANDY TEXAS app and City website bigsandytx.gov, checks and cash.
